Solutions to typical issues

 
  • I haven’t received the invite email.
Your email provider may occasionally evaluate some messages as SPAM. In that case, check your SPAM folder to see whether the invite email is in there. If it isn’t and you haven’t received your credentials by any other means, please contact HR. They can generate the sign-in information for you or resend you the invite email.
 
  • I have forgotten my username or password
To sign in to the system, you can use either your username or email address. If you have forgotten your username, please enter your email address at the first stage of the authentication process (use your personal email address prior to your Welcome day and your work email following your Welcome day). For reasons of security, the system doesn’t check whether the entered username or e-mail address is correct, so please double-check it before continuing.
If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it by clicking on the “Forgotten your password?” link at the second stage of the authentication process. If you have entered the correct information at the first stage, you will receive an email with a link to a password reset.
