It is important to set the start and end times of the course correctly, while it is being created.

To create a new course, go to All courses > Overview and click on Create course.

The People page contains all YSoft Clerbo users within your organization.

It may be advisable to conceal assignments for after the start date until the newcomer has started.

A user account has to be created for each new incoming employee, in order to be able to allocate a course.

Templates are used to facilitate the creation of courses by employees.

By clicking on the template name in the template list, its detail is displayed.

The settings available on this page are general for all templates, course types and courses generated from those.
